To participate in the conference, you should fill in the registration form and pay the registration fee and the fee for the inclusion of your company's information into the Catalogue of conference participants and exhibitors.

Participation fee
€850/ $996 per one participant, if paid before April 25, 2012
€970/ $1125 if paid after this date
€150/ $175 the fee for the inclusion of your company's information into the Catalogue of participants and exhibitors in two languages (Russian and English). The Company is charged only once despite the number of participating representatives.
The registration fee includes:
- participation in the plenary, regular sessions and special events (technical workshop and master-class);
- conference materials: CD with presentations, Catalogue of conference participants and exhibitors, Summaries of Conference Proceedings;
- participants' bags
- an entrance to the exhibition area;
- simultaneous translation during the Conference sessions;
- 4 coffee-breaks, 2 lunches, a welcome reception.
- field trip;
- white nights sightseeing tour of Saint Petersburg (on June, 27).
Attention! The registration fee does not include the hotel accommodation.
Participants' replacement and cancellation policy
Participants (representatives of the companies, registered for the conference) can be replaced before 22 June, 2012.
Cancellation can be done only in written and must be sent to the Organization Committee. If cancelled before 25 May, 2012 we compensate 100% of the registration fee received (less bank charges). If cancelled after this date no refund is made. A fee for the Catalogue entry will not be compensated.
Terms of payment
The fee may be paid in USD or EURO. Payment should be made by bank transfer* to the account of ÎÎÎ «Alusil–MVT» (see bank references). The fee may also be paid by a credit card or cash in the office of Alusil-MVT and at the registration desk.
* Bank commission is at the expense of the payer.
