How to become a Conference participant
To participate in the Conference, you should fill in and send us the registration form and pay the Conference registration fee plus the fee for the inclusion of your company's information into the Catalogue of Conference participants and exhibitors.

Participation fee:
€ 760 per one participant if paid before September 10, 2010.
€ 900 per one participant if paid after this date.
The registration fee includes:
- Participation in the plenary and regular sessions (October 12-13, 2010)
- a CD with the Conference proceedings;
- an entrance to the exhibition area;
- simultaneous translation during the Conference sessions;
- 4 coffee-breaks, 2 lunches, a welcome reception;
- A field-trip (October 14)
- City sightseeing tour with a visit to Peter and Paul Fortress and to the Saint Issac's Cathedral (October14).
Attention: The registration fee does not include hotel accommodation.
Participants' replacement and cancellation policy
Participants (representatives of the companies, registered for the Conference) can be replaced before September 24, 2010.
Cancellation can be done only in written and must be sent to the Organization Committee. If cancelled before September 10, 2010 we compensate 100% of the registration fee received (less bank charges). If cancelled after this date no refund is made. A fee for the Catalogue entry will not be compensated.
Terms of payment
The fee may be paid in USD or EURO. Payment should be made by bank transfer* to the account of «Alusil–MVT» (see bank references). The fee may also be paid by a credit card or in cash in the office of Alusil-MVT.
* Bank commission is at the expense of the payer.
