A splendid town Bled is situated on the shore of Bled lake in 45 km from Ljubljana and surrounded with the majestic Julian Alps. the most famous castle of Bled is Blejski Grad. It is a summer palace of the Jugoslavian royal family and is situated at a cliff, 140 m high above lake level. You are sure to enjoy this impossibly romantic sight, with a little white church on an island in the center of an emerald green Bled lake. Here you will also find a "wishing bell", it is said that if you make a wish and ring this bell, your wish will surely come true.

Bohinj village is located is in 30 km from Bled and 80 km from Ljubljana, in the Julian Alps, on the shore of Bohinj Lake - one of the most beatiful lakes in Europe and the main attraction of this place.  Here you will see the most famous Slovenian waterfall Savica (78 m high), where the longest Slovenian river Sava begins.

Modern Bohinj is a real Alpine village: here you will enjoy the picturesque scenery and small houses decorated with flowers. You can also taste delicious Bohinjan cheese, that is known to be a symbol of this place.
