How to become the Conference Participant
To participate in the Conference, you should fill in the registration form and pay the Conference registration fee and the fee for the inclusion of your company's information into the Catalogue of Conference participants and exhibitors.

€ 800 per one participant, if paid before March 25, 2011
€ 970 if paid after this date
€ 125 the fee for the inclusion of your Company's information into the Catalogue of participants and exhibitors in both languages (Russian and English)
* The Company is charged only once for the inclusion of its information into the Catalogue of participants and exhibitors despite the number of participating representatives.
The registration fee includes:*
- participation in the plenary and regular sessions;
- a CD with the Conference proceedings;
- a Catalogue of Participants, Summaries of Conference Proceedings;
- an entrance to the exhibition area;
- a field trip to a coating plant "New Technologies" or "Promkomplekt";
- simultaneous translation during the Conference sessions;
- 4 coffee-breaks, 2 lunches, a welcome reception.
*The registration fee does not include the hotel accommodation.
Participants' replacement and cancellation policy
Participants (representatives of the companies, registered for the Conference) can be replaced before May 10, 2011.
Cancellation can be done only in written and must be sent to the Organization Committee. If cancelled before April 25, 2011 we compensate 100% of the registration fee received (less bank charges). If cancelled after this date no refund is made. A fee for the Catalogue entry will not be compensated.
Terms of payment
The fee may be paid in USD or EURO. Payment should be made by bank transfer* to the account of ÎÎÎ «Alusil–MVT» (see bank references). The fee may also be paid by a credit card or in cash in the office of Alusil-MVT.
* Bank commission is at the expense of the payer.
